Important Information
- Reservation hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- A projector and white screen are available for rental.
- Light refreshments can be arranged.
- A P.A. or audio system is available upon request, with no rental fee.
- The approximate room capacity is 60 chairs in a theatrical arrangement.
- Additional plastic chairs will be charged accordingly.
- Rates do not include 8% SST.
- The event organiser shall be responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities provided by the Club.
- The event organiser must inform the office at least 2 days in advance if tables and chairs need to be rearranged.
